Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to coordinate the delivery of small-sided football programs in East Renfrewshire, in partnership with East Renfrewshire Soccer Development Association.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement football programs for children and young people in East Renfrewshire
  • Work closely with East Renfrewshire Soccer Development Association to deliver high-quality football experiences
  • Build and maintain relationships with local football clubs, schools, and community groups
  • Provide coaching and training to football coaches and volunteers
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum Scottish FA Level 1.2 Coaching certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for football and commitment to developing the skills of children and young people
