Essential Qualifications- C&G 7300 (or equivalent)
- Diploma level 3 in Health & Social Care or relevant experience in the social care sector
- Familiarity with legislative requirements in the care industry
- A minimum of 2 years of training experience
- Valid UK driving license
- Coordinate and deliver induction and ongoing training aligned with Barchester's objectives and training metrics
- Provide practical, hands-on training across various topics
- Develop and distribute training schedules
- Ensure that employee training records are current
- Observe and assess workplace practices
- Prepare induction materials and assign a mentor for new employees
- Maintain consistent communication with new team members, offering coaching and support as needed
- Participate in external meetings and conferences as required
- Promote the learning and development opportunities available at Barchester
- Collaborate with Home Managers to implement individual personal development plans
