Key Responsibilities:- Assist in preparing and facilitating the completion of commercial contracts with the company's growing customer base.
- Negotiate and draft software license agreements with end users, resale and distribution agreements with partners, data processing, advertising and other commercial agreements to support strategic growth.
- Advise on legal risk and strategy.
- Work with teams across the company, including Finance, Human Resources, and Facilities, to ensure ongoing support of company operations.
- Conduct legal research as needed.
- Drive progress on legal team projects and assist wherever needed.
- Post-qualified legal experience, ideally within a contracts or commercial in-house environment.
- Relevant legal experience, with demonstrated interest in commercial transactions, privacy, data security, and technology transactions, intellectual property, and similar fields.
- Experience drafting documents, supporting and advising teams in commercial transactions.
- A strong work ethic, highly motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth private company environment.
- Ability to work independently on a variety of projects.
- Comfortable interacting with all levels of the company's personnel, including management, building relationships across teams and across our offices.
- 23 days paid holiday, increasing to 25 days after two years' service plus UK bank holidays.
