Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Plant Trainer/Assessor to join our team at Flannery Plant Hire. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plant training and assessment to our workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing operators
  • Conduct regular observation checks to ensure operators are meeting safety standards
  • Deliver toolbox talks and regular briefings to promote health and safety awareness
  • Provide expert advice on health and safety matters as required
  • Support the development of training packages and materials
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience operating a range of plant equipment
  • CPCS Tester Card for various categories
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety in the construction plant sector
  • Ability to travel as required
