We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated individual to join our team as a Nursery Trainee Manager. This exciting opportunity will provide the successful candidate with the chance to develop their leadership skills and contribute to the delivery of high-quality childcare and education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing daily nursery activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with the Nursery Manager to mentor and support staff in delivering high-quality childcare.
  • Monitor children's developmental progress, implementing educational activities and assessments.
  • Engage with parents and caregivers, addressing concerns and promoting nursery events and initiatives.
  • Implement nursery policies and procedures, ensuring adherence by staff and parents.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic environment, conducting safety checks and upkeep of facilities.
  • Contribute ideas and work collaboratively with the nursery team to enhance care and education quality.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Level 3 Early Years Qualification.
  • Solid knowledge of the EYFS and strong understanding of safeguarding procedures.
