Site Agent Opportunity

RGB Recruitment Ltd is supporting a leading Civil Engineering Main Contractor in sourcing a skilled Site Agent to join their Southwest team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and overseeing projects, ensuring construction work meets client specifications, and liaising with clients to update them on project timelines and resolve any issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor Health & Safety policies and procedures
  • Ensure works are delivered in accordance with specifications
  • Accurately record labour, plant, and materials
  • Contribute to programme preparation
  • Plan and order materials and plant to achieve programmes
  • Keep daily records of work carried out
  • Ensure works proceed in accordance with site programmes
  • Ensure contract compliance with other departments

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid, as well as an industry-applicable qualification and civil engineering experience within heavy civils. They will also have experience working on large-scale Civil Engineering projects and a full driver's license.

With a strong pipeline of projects planned for the next 9 years, this is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Site Agent to join a busy and successful organisation.
