Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Environmental Manager in developing and implementing sustainable practices across the organization.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for reducing environmental impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement energy-efficient solutions and reduce waste.
- Develop and maintain environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and support to employees on environmental best practices and sustainability initiatives.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
- Support the development of sustainability goals and objectives and contribute to the implementation of strategies to achieve them.
- Assist in the development of environmental awareness programs and initiatives to engage employees and promote sustainability.
Requirements:
- 112 UCAS tariff points or relevant recognized prior learning/experience.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sustainability and environmental management.
- Good working knowledge of MS packages including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
