Your Role: Talent & Learning Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Talent & Learning Assistant to join our dynamic HR team on a six-month fixed-term contract. You will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of key learning programs and initiatives within Edrington.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in talent development who wants to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the onboarding and induction processes, including employee pre-screening checks and coordination of virtual executive induction sessions.
  • Assist with the management of our global learning technologies and learning ecosystem.
  • Support the mandatory training allocation process, including calendar creation and completion reporting.
  • Contribute to the administration, communication, and reporting of the performance and development cycle.
  • Collaborate on social media content creation and scheduling to support recruitment marketing activities.
  • Work with external training providers to arrange and schedule courses, ensuring timely delivery and managing logistics for training events.
  • Organize and coordinate the scheduling of courses within our Learning Management System (LMS), including reporting, follow-up with attendees, and summary evaluations.
Your Skills & Experience:

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • Experience in administration and coordination, ideally within an HR or talent development setting.
  • Exceptional planning and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to interact confidently with employees, candidates, and third parties.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and technologies.
