About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Turning Point Scotland as an Assistant Service Coordinator, where no two days are the same
As an Assistant Service Coordinator, you will:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals in accordance with their personalized plans and the service objectives.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager and Service Coordinator to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations within the service, providing guidance and direction to the support team.
- Develop, review, and update individualized support plans, record events and observations, and maintain accurate records as required.
- Supervise and manage smaller teams, providing instruction and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality support.
About You
You will have a genuine commitment to using your skills and experience to support individuals to achieve their full potential. You will be part of a supportive management team, allowing you to expand on your existing knowledge and develop new skills. You will have flexibility to work on a rota.
