We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team at Stoneacre Motor Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure parts are efficiently distributed to Service Department Technicians.
- Sell parts directly to both retail and trade customers via telephone, online, and face-to-face.
- Maintain stock levels, order parts as and when required, and ensure all deliveries are correct.
- Assist customers via telephone, online, and face-to-face, as well as processing orders over the telephone.
- Identify parts required for vehicles, utilizing the Electronic Parts Catalogue, and our DMS system.
- SOURCE parts for internal and external customers.
- Pick parts.
- Effectively communicate with our Service department.
- Carry out some administration duties such as invoicing.
- We consider candidates from all backgrounds who preferably have experience working in the Automotive sector within a Parts Advisor role, however training will be provided (knowledge of Kerridge would be advantageous).
- You will have fantastic communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced yet rewarding environment.
- You will have the ability to work independently but also thrive as part of a team with a proactive can-do attitude.
- You will be sales and target-driven with a reliable and punctual work ethic and a willingness to follow instructions.
- You will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service within the automotive industry with a basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function, and location of parts.
- You will have a strong attention to detail with an organized and methodical approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
