About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Business Analyst to join our team at Schroders Capital. As a key member of our Private Assets division, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth of our business.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver change across Technology and Business disciplines, leveraging your expertise in lean thinking and continuous improvement. You will work closely with our team to analyze functional, business, and technical requirements, and develop flexible, strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze and interpret business needs to identify opportunities for improvement
  2. Develop and implement configuration changes on our eFront Platform
  3. Lead by example, setting analysis standards and project approaches
  4. Facilitate Agile delivery and work with business SMEs to write and enrich user stories/features
  5. Support the delivery lead through ad-hoc analysis requests and planning exercises
  6. Produce MI and artefacts for senior stakeholders
  7. Support the delivery team to increase efficiency and effectiveness through self-organisation
  8. Propose new ideas/ways of working to elicit change requests from the business
  9. Support business users with ad-hoc queries
  10. Support the full project & delivery lifecycle through to implementation
Requirements
  1. 5+ years experience of working in Private Assets and Change/Technology
  2. 5+ years experience with eFront across the core workflow (both analysis & configuration)
  3. Solid experience in business analysis or similar change role
  4. Good understanding & experience of agile working practices
  5. Logical, structured thought processes and good problem-solving skills
  6. Strong relationship management and ability to engage both Business and Technology stakeholders
  7. Track-record of delivery within large programmes
  8. Detailed and logical approach with full traceability of analysis
  9. Pro-active and delivery-focused
