Electrical Maintenance Specialist Opportunity

Cbwstaffingsolutions is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Victoria. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance on a unique commercial building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lighting installation, fault-finding, and maintenance
  • Emergency lighting and electrical system maintenance
  • Hydraulics and Pneumatics system maintenance
  • Air Conditioning and Air Handling Unit maintenance
  • Water Treatment system maintenance
  • Plumbing and unblocking toilets
  • BMS and UPS system maintenance
Requirements:
  • City & Guilds - Level 2 & 3 Electrical
  • City & Guilds - 17th or 18th Edition
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Understanding of critical plant systems
  • Multi-skilled and excellent communication skills
