About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Joint Community Rehabilitation (JCR) team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to regain independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with therapy exercises and promote independence
  • Offer emotional support and guidance to clients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve client goals

  • Display a caring and empathetic approach
  • Be able to adapt to meet the individual needs of clients
  • Work effectively as part of a team
  • Meet the travel requirements of the post
