About the Role

We are seeking a 3+PQE Solicitor to join our Real Estate team in Edinburgh to work predominantly for our market-leading telecoms clients. Our telecoms expertise is renowned, and we act for big, UK-wide electronic communications operators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on commercial landlord and tenant law in the context of telecommunications mast sites, including site acquisitions, upgrades, renewals, estates matters, and forced site moves.
  • Provide support to the Real Estate Litigation team in Electronic Communications Code litigation matters.

About You

Experience of telecoms law and the new Electronic Communications Code would be ideal, although not mandatory if you have a solid grounding in landlord and tenant law. It is essential that you are driven by the desire to deliver a world-class client service and have the ability and desire to develop lasting relationships with clients.
