Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the review of tender documentation and spearhead the creation of tender proposals.

  • Compile a comprehensive list of clarifications, exclusions, and compliance for each project.

  • Guarantee that all tender submissions adhere to deadlines and comply with established guidelines.

Candidate Profile:

  • Professionally trained as an architect or engineer with a solid grasp of architectural principles and project management.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with architectural tendering processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient writing skills with a keen attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while communicating with various stakeholders and meeting competing deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and InDesign.
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering.
