Transport Operations Manager

Bis Henderson Recruitment is seeking a skilled Transport Supervisor to join a leading 3PL in the Dagenham area. This role requires a self-motivated individual with supervisory experience in a busy transport function.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate fleet and crews to optimize routes
- Ensure pre-brief and de-briefings are conducted for all transport movements
- Manage driver performance and adherence to working time legislation
- Monitor and record relevant transport KPIs
- Previous experience in multi-drop deliveries
- Good knowledge of transport legislation and current H&S regulations
- Desirable: Transport Manager CPC qualification
