Job Overview

i-Pharm Consulting is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our GxP/Delivery Team, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent in the Life Sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality recruitment services to clients in the Life Sciences industry
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to placement
  • Collaborate with the GxP/Delivery Team to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the Life Sciences sector
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and/or Life Sciences industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
