- 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in a construction-related health and safety role.
- Demonstrable Experience: Demonstrable experience providing client-side health and safety services within the construction or property sectors.
- CDM Regulations: Familiarity with CDM Regulations and experience in roles such as PD, CDM Coordinator, or Health and Safety Advisor/Manager.
- Large-Scale Projects: Experience with large-scale, complex projects in the UK.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000.
