About the Role

Morgan Jones Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Office Administrator to support the team in our East Kent office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle initial sales inquiries and book appointments for estimators
  • Make calls to potential clients and convert appointments into confirmed moves
  • Liaise with estimators to achieve targets
  • Assist with the coordination of the move from inquiry through to completion
  • Generate quotations, confirmations, work sheets, and invoices, and perform general administrative duties
  • Liaise directly with clients throughout the removals process, providing advice, reassurance, updates, and aftercare as necessary
  • Organize removal crews and vehicles in a fast-paced and changing environment
Requirements
  • Prior experience in removals, relocation, shipping, or transport is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook) and experience using MoveMan (software) is an asset
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and customer service skills are essential
  • Strong problem-solving skills are required
  • Sales experience with a desire to generate business is a necessary skill
  • A hands-on approach, a good sense of humor, and the confidence to work independently are essential
