About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Taco Bell. As an Assistant Restaurant General Manager, you will play a critical role in directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the Restaurant General Manager's absence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Restaurant General Manager in following brand standards, training, coaching, and recognizing team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Ensure all employees are provided with the necessary training and resources to excel in their roles.
  • Assist with P&L management by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
  • Champion Taco Bell's culture and values, driving Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging behaviors in the restaurant.
  • Identify, recruit, and support the General Manager in the hiring process of exceptional talent.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, take disciplinary action, motivate, and train employees.
  • Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards.
Requirements
  • At least three (3) years of restaurant/retail and management experience.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees, customers, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
