Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (office based)

We are seeking to fill a position for our client, a family-owned enterprise, operating in the service sector. As a Client Relationship Executive, you will be instrumental in sustaining and enhancing revenue and profitability within a designated portfolio of clients. Your role will be pivotal in fostering customer loyalty through outstanding service and effective relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the integration of new clients acquired by the Business Development team.
  • Act as the primary internal contact for newly onboarded clients.
  • Oversee current client accounts, with a focus on boosting revenue and profitability.
  • Serve as the main internal liaison for selected client accounts, addressing inquiries, orders, and issues.
  • Ensure precise forecasting and product availability.
  • Collaborate with external account managers to deliver comprehensive support to clients.

Requirements:

  • Results-oriented with a strong drive for achievement.
  • Self-motivated, capable of navigating minor challenges while maintaining focus on objectives.
  • Effective communicator via phone, email, and meetings.
  • Team-oriented with exceptional time and project management abilities.
  • Solution-focused, adaptable, and dedicated to ongoing professional development.
  • Prior experience in the foodservice sector or packaging industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
