About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our growing project support team at JBA Consulting. As a Project Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing technical and non-technical support to Project Managers and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and upload documents to cloud-based platforms
  • Collate project information for construction, H&S audits, and archiving
  • Assist Project Managers with monthly management duties
  • Provide support with contractual programs and project planning software
  • Maintain data on Work Items and Quotations
  • Support timely project billing and action steps
  • Assist with project closures, audits, and reviews
  • Take minutes at meetings and distribute as required
Requirements
  • Five GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English
  • Demonstrable administration experience
  • Essential attributes: enthusiastic, organized, time management skills, Microsoft Office Suite competency
  • Desirable attributes: project support experience
