Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Project Site Supervisor will be accountable for the successful completion of small to medium-sized cabling projects or specific components of larger projects under the guidance of a Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Site Supervisor:

Supervise a team of supervisors and engineers to guarantee that all cable installations are executed according to specifications, on schedule, and in compliance with ExcelRedstone and manufacturers' quality standards. Ensure adherence to current Health & Safety regulations by conducting Risk Assessments, drafting method statements, and enforcing all Health & Safety protocols. Manage stock efficiently, ensuring that adequate materials are available at all times to facilitate smooth installation processes. Order materials as necessary. Prepare progress reports as needed and/or provide information in a structured format to the Project Manager. Conduct quality inspections on all work performed by cabling engineers, ensuring compliance with all required Quality Standards. Interpret and update site drawings as work progresses. Attend and document client meetings, ensuring timely execution of all required actions. Compile processes and produce documentation to meet both company and client standards. Develop patching schedules and ensure prompt implementation of any patching needs. Document all required installations as specified. Create Operations and Maintenance manuals as necessary. Assist with urgent installation tasks as required. Strive to maximize project profitability at all times.

Desired Qualifications for the Project Site Supervisor:

Relevant experience in the industry. Strong understanding of cabling installation practices. Ability to effectively organize teams for project execution. Capability to manage and motivate engineering teams. An enthusiastic and dynamic personality. Ability to perform well under pressure and manage a high workload. Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with clients to ascertain their needs and requirements.
