Accounting Manager

This is a pivotal role within a close-knit team of accountants in Middlesex, where the successful candidate will have first-class communication skills, a high level of technical acumen, and the ability to offer both an operational and strategic insight to allow the firm to retain its loyal client base and adapt and grow in the future.
About the Role- Support a portfolio of clients, maintaining excellent rapport as their go-to advisor.
- Work closely with Managers and Directors to scope new service lines for your portfolio.
- Review accounts files and support the tax planning process.
- Mentor junior staff through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing.
- Reviewing processes and implementing more efficient ways of service delivery.
- Monitor workflow and deliverables to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.
- Supporting the firm to continue on its trajectory of growth with regular networking and contributing innovative ideas for expansion.
- Set an example as a hands-on Manager.
