Regional Operations Manager

Compass Associates is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a remit of care homes in the North East. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving performance around delivery of quality care, governance, staffing, recruitment, occupancy, and promoting excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Visible presence across all care homes within the remit
- Expert knowledge of CQC regulations and management of a team of Registered Managers
- Drive KPIs and overall performance
- Current operational experience within the care home sector
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the care home sector and be able to recognize indicators of poor performance, acting quickly to remedy them. They will also work systematically with Registered Managers to develop and deliver each Care Home's business plan.
Requirements:- Exposure to and compliance with CQC regulations
- Ability to work effectively with Registered Managers to drive performance
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
