Identity and Access Management (IAM) Assistant Manager

Location: Flexible working arrangements available

Salary: £57,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus bonus

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Assistant Manager to join our Cyber Security Team. As an IAM Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering top-tier services in the IAM domain, working with a range of clients to define IAM strategies, conduct IAM control reviews, and lead large-scale IAM transformations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead IAM project workstreams from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on IAM controls, supporting the development of strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans across multiple IAM domains.
  • Offer specialist knowledge on IAM tools and their integration with client IT systems, effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analyse enterprise-scale user data, generate insights, and develop solutions to drive business value.
  • Manage and deliver IAM project components, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in IAM requirements gathering, strategy development, and design.
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering IAM project components.
  • Hands-on experience with IAM solutions such as Sailpoint, CyberArk, OneIdentity, Okta, BeyondTrust, or Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Eligibility for SC Clearance is required.
