Learning Assistant Trainee

We are seeking experienced and trainee practitioners who share our passion for making a difference in the lives of children with autism.
As a member of our class team, you will support approximately 8 pupils per class, helping to deliver excellent teaching underpinned by Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)/Verbal Behaviour (VB) principles.
Our ideal candidate will be dedicated, enthusiastic, and motivated, with a commitment to empowering young adults with autism to lead lives full of choice and opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Support the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning to children and young adults with autism and associated learning difficulties.
- Work collaboratively with the class team to develop and implement individualized education plans.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide mentorship and support to trainee mentors, promoting their professional growth and development.
