About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Lead to join our team at Study Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of teaching programmes in line with our education strategy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide academic coordination for designated modules in the role of Subject Lead
  • Participate in regular meetings with teaching and support staff to contribute to the effective overall management of programmes and the student life cycle
  • Deputise for the Head of Department when necessary
  • Contribute to the design, delivery, and development of modules offered by the centre
  • Contribute to the delivery and assessment of provision
  • Prepare module examinations and other forms of formative and summative assessment, mark, and provide feedback to students
  • Update and maintain the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE)
  • Work with the centre's Student Experience Team and the Registry and Operations Team in the delivery of induction, orientation, and registration programmes
  • Liaise with the Progression, Welfare, and Support team to support students in achieving their progression aim
  • Represent the department at external events, such as enhancement and engagement activities with partner universities
  • Liaise and meet with the Link Tutor at the partner university to ensure that quality standards and external oversight are achieved
  • Engage in scholarly activity to ensure the delivery of modules is current
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject area and experience teaching in UK higher or further education. A teaching qualification and experience working with international students are also desirable.
