Legal Counsel and Support:
Provide thorough legal guidance to management regarding corporate governance, compliance with regulations, and potential liabilities.
Contract Oversight:
Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse range of contracts, including commercial agreements, supplier contracts, and partnership arrangements.
Compliance Assurance:
Guarantee adherence to industry-specific regulations and corporate laws, while developing and implementing internal policies.
Risk Management:
