As a vital member of our dynamic retail team, your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain efficient stock management. Role Overview:
To excel as a Sales Associate, you will be expected to:
Provide prompt and courteous service, assisting customers in selecting the ideal products Share your enthusiasm and expertise regarding our outstanding merchandise Engage in various store functions, including sales areas, inventory rooms, and delivery processing Take charge of your personal developmentWe offer fantastic benefits (see further details below)
Candidate Profile:
An effective communicator who is always eager to assist Approachable, composed, and productive – even during peak times Enthusiastic about the demands of a diverse and fast-paced role Adaptable, supportive, and always willing to go above and beyondIn accordance with Home Office guidelines, successful applicants will need to demonstrate their right to work in the UK prior to starting employment.
This position is not typically eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to specific Home Office requirements regarding skill levels. Candidates are encouraged to explore their own right to work options without sponsorship from NEXT.
Next Steps
