Job Title: Internal Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Sales Executive to join our team at GCS Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts, including cold calling, email marketing, and trade show attendance.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring a collaborative and results-driven approach.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to ensure the sales team is well-informed and equipped to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of building materials and construction supplies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Results-driven and target-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the construction industry, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
