In light of several recent acquisitions across Europe, there is a pressing need to enhance the finance department with a Senior Finance Business Partner.

Your Role

As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate with various senior stakeholders to optimize performance by providing detailed insights, guidance, and strategic recommendations.

You will engage closely with the accounting team to analyze the company's monthly performance and pinpoint opportunities for improvement to enhance profit margins.

In this position, you will lead a small team, conduct regular meetings, and develop comprehensive action plans.

What You Will Need to Excel

To thrive in this dynamic role and organization, you should be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and possess experience in large, complex organizations.

We seek a driven and ambitious individual capable of influencing others. Previous experience in a commercial capacity is essential.

You should be able to provide clear examples of how you have improved processes, maximized margins, and identified trends to enhance not only the finance function but also overall business performance.

Fluency in French is required.
