Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

Company Details & Job Overview:

Kenton Black Finance is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance function, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide commercial insights to the Management team and partner with the business to optimize and challenge financial performance.
  • Drive/support commercial initiatives and report on their progress.
  • Manage a small team and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of financial objectives.
  • Prepare weekly trading reports and dashboards, as well as monthly presentations on trading performance.
  • Identify key trends and drivers of results and work with the management accounts team to understand monthly performance by site, brand, and location.
  • Review P&L cost items on a regular basis to develop an understanding of the cost base and present key trends.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to improve reporting impact and efficiency in preparation.
  • Work closely with the Country Manager to optimize performance, cost control, and improve profitability.
  • Provide support and information to improve decision-making and lead and manage the annual budget preparation and presentation.

Requirements:

  • Qualified by experience or through a formal qualification, the successful candidate will possess strong technical accounting skills across month-end, analytics, and effective communication with stakeholders on all levels.
  • A leader with the ability to implement change and drive process improvements, collaborating with key stakeholders along the way.
