About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Otis. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of our Service and Repair managers across London, driving best practice around safety, and mentoring, coaching, and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of managers across operations and sales
  • Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Work with internal stakeholders to map out opportunities and grow the region
  • Drive best practice around safety and ensure it is at the forefront of our operations
