About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team in London. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of Service and Repair managers across the London area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective management of Service and Repair managers to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
- Drive best practice around safety to ensure it is at the forefront of our operations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and development in the region.
