Aftertreatment Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer to join our Aftertreatment Engineering Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing solutions to address challenging requirements, either within new product introduction or updates to existing platforms for various off-highway applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop complex emissions solutions for off-highway applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet customer, durability, and functional requirements
- Develop strong relationships with suppliers to ensure design solutions are aligned to high-quality and cost expectations
- Lead or support FMEA on components and systems to identify and address design risks and determine validation needs
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings and reports, to support component and system design reviews
- Strong technical background in mechanical or automotive engineering, with experience in aftertreatment systems
- Knowledge of component manufacturing principles and processes
- Experience with modeling and detailing in CREO4-7
- Self-motivated, teamwork, organized, and good communication skills
- Ability to manage and deliver tasks to meet commitments
