Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director-University Partnership to join our team in the UK. This remote role reports directly to the CEO and requires over 8 years of experience in higher education, business development, or relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and build strategic university partnerships to support Adventus' growth and vision.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to enhance engagement and recruitment outcomes.
  • Nurture partnerships for client retention and satisfaction.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with partners and prioritize key relationships.
  • Lead agreement renewals and territory extensions.
  • Develop and own the partnerships strategy for the designated region.
  • Support the VP Global Partnerships in strategy development and reporting.
  • Define partnership plans to optimize synergy between partner institutions and sending regions/countries.
