About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Project Lead to join our team at Rebellion. As a key member of our QA department, you will be responsible for leading a team of QA Analysts and ensuring the quality of our projects meets the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of QA Analysts to ensure the quality of our projects.
  • Work collaboratively with Production and other departments to ensure project QA requirements are clearly understood and effectively managed.
  • Plan, create, and execute project QA strategies and test plans.
  • Delegate test cases to the test team and perform assessments of projects with development and production teams.
  • Proactively solve project issues and mentor the QA team.
  • Actively maintain morale and create an atmosphere of enthusiasm within the team.
  • Update and communicate project status to the line manager.
Requirements
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently.
  • Strong leadership skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Resilience, accountability, and responsibility.
  • Active listening skills and ability to motivate and incorporate input from within the team.

  • Excellent knowledge of game testing models and bug testing and project tracking software.
