About the Role:
- This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £11.60 per hour.

Your Impact:
As a Residential Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in empowering young adults to reach their full potential. You will work collaboratively with the Manager and Senior Support Workers to create a supportive and encouraging environment where individuals can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and individualized care, tailored to each person's unique needs and goals.
- Encourage personal growth and development through positive reinforcement and structured activities.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating living environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Right to work in the UK.
- A strong commitment to teamwork and adherence to established protocols and guidelines.
- Experience working with autistic adults is preferred but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Exceptional communication skills, active listening abilities, patience, kindness, and empathy.
