Senior Financial Professional

A forward-thinking accountancy practice is seeking a Senior Accountant to support its growth plans. The firm offers innovative accounting solutions for SMEs and acts as an outsourced finance function for manager-owned businesses, helping them grow by using technology and key financial data.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare statutory year-end accounts and corporation tax returns.
- Oversee, train, and assist junior team members.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including bookkeeping and VAT returns.
- Develop and maintain proactive working relationships with clients.
- Create and deliver strategic board packs and management reports.
- Assist management with the daily operation of the firm.
- Build client proposals and market additional services to current and potential clients.
- Demonstratable experience within a practice environment and either working towards, or have achieved ACA/ACCA status.
- Comfortability managing clients and working autonomously.
