About the Role

Sage Lake Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and providing insightful analysis and recommendations to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Lead the Accounting and Finance department in achieving its objectives and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their financial requirements and provide appropriate financial solutions.
  • Lead on global projects and ongoing process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement and monitor financial controls and policies to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Support business growth by identifying opportunities and risks and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Professional qualification in accounting (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Exceptional financial and strategic planning skills with a strong analytical mindset.
