Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and self-sufficient Programme Risk and Resilience Manager to join our team at Leidos Innovations UK Limited.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing risks and ensuring the resilience of our programmes, working closely with our team to identify and mitigate potential threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure programme resilience
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation
  • Collaborate with programme teams to identify and address potential risks
  • Provide risk management guidance and support to programme managers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in risk management and programme resilience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
