Job Opportunity: Associate Lecturer in Counselling

We are seeking an experienced and qualified counsellor to join our team as an Associate Lecturer in Counselling. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and leading experiential groups for undergraduate students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach and lead experiential groups for undergraduate students
  • Develop and deliver curriculum for psychodynamic counselling modules
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback
Requirements:
  • Qualified counsellor with specialism in psychodynamic thinking and practice
  • Experience of teaching in higher education
  • Confidence in leading experiential groups
  • Awareness of and ability to attend to the needs of mature learners
