Job Title: Advanced Practitioner of English

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled English language professional to work with our team, utilizing their expertise to deliver high-quality language services. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Working in partnership with colleagues to plan and deliver language services to clients.
  • Providing expertise to staff members in complex language situations to support robust assessments and support planning.
  • Screening, allocation, quality assurance, and oversight of the workload within the team.
  • Supervising staff to manage performance and support development.
  • Supporting strengths-based, creative, and aspirational peer group discussions.
  • Experience in practice development, staff supervision, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Experience of working with clients in a multi-agency context.
  • Commitment to continued professional development within own role and throughout the team.
