Job Title: Advanced Practitioner of English

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner of English to join our team at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs). As an Advanced Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality English language services to our clients.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the development of our English language services. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

  1. Working in partnership with colleagues to plan and deliver English language services to clients.
  2. Providing expertise to staff members in complex English language situations.
  3. Screening, allocation, and quality assurance of English language services.
  4. Supervising staff to manage performance and support development.
  5. Supporting strengths-based, creative, and aspirational peer group discussions.
  6. Experience in practice development, staff supervision, coaching, and mentoring.
  7. Experience of working with clients in a multi-agency context.
  8. Commitment to continued professional development within your role and throughout the team.
