Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Site Operations Manager with exceptional organizational, interdisciplinary, and communication abilities, particularly in a healthcare environment.
The Site Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the administrative and operational activities of the site. This position entails ensuring that personnel fulfill their primary duties, offering guidance and support for professional growth, and maintaining adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
The Site Operations Manager will:
- Oversee administrative functions and assist with site operations, ensuring that staff meet their core responsibilities.
- Directly manage all administrative personnel, fostering staff development, providing mentorship, and ensuring compliance with mandatory training requirements.
- Conduct staff evaluations in collaboration with the management team as necessary.
- Identify and facilitate team training needs, including mandatory training in partnership with the HR department.
- Create and manage staff schedules for administrative roles.
- Develop, implement, and reinforce effective office processes and procedures to comply with current and future regulations.
- Ensure the site meets compliance standards for inspections.
- Act as the primary contact for the site, managing inquiries from external entities such as law enforcement, legal representatives, and other organizations.
- Coordinate the provision of temporary administrative and reception staff to ensure adequate coverage during absences.
- Assist the management team in facility management to maintain cleanliness and functionality.
- Update the appointment system and staff schedules to reflect approved absences.
- Provide guidance and support to individuals wishing to lodge complaints, collaborating with the central complaints team.
- Ensure that pathology results are received and processed, including addressing unmatched reports.
