About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Optimisation Specialist to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through data-driven visual merchandising strategies and search optimisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven visual merchandising strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
  • Manage onsite search functionality, ensuring optimal configuration across all brands and enhancing the search experience.
  • Enhance personalisation on site and app via search and merch tools, creating a seamless and engaging customer journey.
  • Develop forward-thinking features to drive performance across all brands, aligning with Frasers Group's digital aspirations.
  • Contribute new ideas to our digital roadmap and manage these from concept to delivery.
  • Promote a culture of experimentation, ensuring continuous iteration and evolution of strategies with proven uplifts.
  • Analyse and interpret A/B test results, providing detailed insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Create and maintain playbooks of best practices to ensure consistent and scalable optimisation practices across the business.
  • Use data insights to identify customer pain points and present recommendations for optimisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise experiences during trade events and other initiatives.
  • Develop and manage weekly reporting on key insights and actions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in digital optimisation, digital trade, analytics, or related roles.
  • Commercial and analytical mindset.
  • Passionate about customer behaviour, optimising online experiences, and interested in wider digital practices.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with a sound commercial understanding.
  • Experience with Search & Merch tools such as Algolia or Attraqt.
  • Understanding of personalised algorithms and their impact on the customer journey.
  • Knowledge of GA and other analytical tools such as ContentSquare.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies.
