Job Title: Lift Service Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Lift Service Engineer to join our team. As a Lift Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing lifts across our portfolio of units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out 100% of lift maintenance and service visits
  • Respond proactively and timely to lift breakdowns
  • Resolve long-standing lift faults and maintain contractual KPIs
  • Carry out minor lift repairs
  • Liaise directly with customers and build a good working relationship
Requirements:
  • Qualified to at least NVQ Level 3, J-Module or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge of various lift makes and types
  • Ability to apply lift engineering principles to maintenance and fault diagnosis
