Job Title: KS4 Tutor - Education Support Specialist

Location: Middlesbrough

Job Type: Temporary

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated KS4 Tutor to provide support to students in Middlesbrough. As an Education Support Specialist, you will work closely with our team to deliver personalized tutoring sessions in English, Science, or Maths on a one-to-one basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver tailored lessons for individual students or small groups
  • Track and document student progress and performance in a timely manner
  • Develop and implement strategies to support students with SEN needs, such as SEMH and Challenging Behaviour
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless delivery of educational services
  • Provide regular feedback and progress updates to students and parents

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum
  • Experience working in an educational setting
  • Experience of working with students with SEN needs
  • Current DBS check or willingness to apply
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
