We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful planning and delivery of the Enabling Works Programme for the Hinchingbrooke Hospital Redevelopment Programme.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic construction and commercial leadership to ensure alignment with project goals and NHS sustainability targets.
- Oversee the management of project budgets, contracts, and procurement processes to ensure best value for money.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, setting out key milestones, dependencies, and responsibilities.
- Reinstate N+1 resilience, providing access to 20MVA of electrical power to the site to run the New Hospital and meet the Trust's New Hospital Programme objectives.
- Service diversions and temporary protections, including provision of site-wide subterranean engineering infrastructure.
- Capital value of projects associated with this role: £30m.
